What services do you offer?
I offer three core services — Website Design & Development (WordPress, Shopify & Wix), Retention & Lifecycle Marketing (email, WhatsApp, SMS & push notifications using Contlo, Mailchimp, MSG91, Gupshup & PushOwl), and Digital Marketing Training for individuals and teams. Every website I build also includes basic on-page SEO and website content writing as an add-on.
How do we get started working together?
It’s simple! Reach out to me via the contact form, WhatsApp, or email with a brief idea of what you need. I’ll get back to you within 24 hours, understand your requirements, and send you a project proposal with scope, timeline and pricing. Once you approve — we sign a simple agreement, you pay 50% advance, and I get started right away!
How much does a website cost and how do you charge?
Every project is unique, so pricing depends on your specific requirements. As a guide — basic websites start from ₹5,000, standard 5-page websites from ₹10,000, and Shopify e-commerce stores from ₹20,000. I work on a 50% advance + 50% on delivery model. I always send a detailed proposal before we begin so there are no surprises — full transparency, always.
How long will it take to build my website and how many changes can I make?
A typical website takes 7–14 working days depending on the number of pages and complexity. Every project includes 2 free rounds of revisions — meaning you can share your feedback twice and I’ll make changes accordingly. Additional revisions beyond that are available at a small extra charge. Timelines run smoothly when content — logo, images and text — is shared on time!
I've never hired a freelancer before — how do I know my money is safe?
Completely valid concern! I send a written Service Agreement before starting any project — clearly stating the scope, timeline, payment terms and revision policy. I also follow a 50% advance model — so you never pay the full amount upfront. Files, credentials and admin access are handed over only after full payment. I’ve worked with clients like Growup Technologies, Foxgle, Konverto360, Kozmetyx TTL & ScalePartner — and I’d be happy to share references on request.
